I studied spatial art and psychology and was preparing to continue into holistic and art therapy when the pandemic changed the direction of my life. My creativity became more inward. I began studying herbalism, learning the plants and trees around me, and creating from a more personal place. I also spent most of my adult life teaching ceramics, where I saw how making with our hands could help people slow down, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves.
